End-User License Agreement

Last updated 2026-07-06.

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a contract between you and Dreamware Audio(“Dreamware”) for the use of our audio software (the “Software” - including Orbit-1, Detuna and any bundled content or AI model). By installing or using the Software you accept this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. Licence grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software for music creation, including commercial productions. Music you make using the Software is yours - no additional licence, royalty or credit is owed to us for tracks, presets or sound designs you create.

2. Machines & activation

Your licence may be active on up to three (3) machines you own at the same time. Activation works by pairing the plugin to your account - there is no serial key to type. You can free a slot at any time by de-authorising a machine from your account, then activate another one.

3. What you may not do

  • sell, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, share or otherwise transfer the Software or your licence to anyone else;
  • copy or distribute the Software, except for a personal backup of the installer;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive source code, except to the limited extent the law expressly permits;
  • extract, copy, retrain on, or redistribute the bundled AI model, its weights or its encrypted data (see §4);
  • circumvent, disable or tamper with activation, licensing or encryption, or use the Software beyond the licensed number of machines.

4. The bundled AI model

Some products (e.g. Orbit-1) include an on-device AI model used to generate presets. That model is licensed to you, not sold, and is provided in encrypted form. It runs locally on your machine - your prompts and the presets it generates are not sent to us.

You may freely use the presets and sounds the model produces in your own music. You may not extract, decrypt, copy, redistribute, or use the model (or its weights) to train or build any other product or model.

5. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Dreamware Audio and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in the Software, including all intellectual property. You retain full ownership of the music and creative work you produce with it.

6. Updates

We may release updates, new versions and changes to the Software. Unless an update comes with its own terms, it is governed by this EULA. We may modify or discontinue features over time.

7. Term & termination

This EULA applies for as long as you use the Software. It terminates automatically if you breach it, or if the underlying purchase is refunded or charged back - in which case the licence is deactivated. On termination you must stop using and uninstall the Software. Sections on ownership, restrictions, disclaimers and liability survive termination.

8. Warranty disclaimer & liability

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost data or projects, or incompatibility with your hardware, host or operating system. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Non-waivable consumer rights are unaffected.

9. Export & compliance

You agree to use the Software in compliance with applicable laws, including export-control and sanctions rules, and not to use it where such use would be unlawful.

10. Governing law

This EULA is governed by French law, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. It is complemented by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
